Club World Group - Only In America

First off, I completely understand that my play experiences pertain solely to me and doesn’t equate to all being well in the club world group. But once again with all of the negative talk about them I would like to say that they have been outstanding (to me).

Join me as I go into ramble mode *** Sorry but I have so much to say and not sure where to start, just be thankful I haven’t been drinking…..yet….

As some already know I’m new to the whole online gambling scene but it didn’t take me long to figure out that playing online in America can be a gamble in and of itself….land of the free, how ironic. Anyway, so I deposited knowing payouts might/could take an unknown amount of time. I accepted that this was the price of admission until the climate changed. Does it suck yes, and I’m not saying it’s fair or even should be this way but this is where we stand.

Today I received one of my two outstanding payments from the Club World Group (high noon specifically) and wanted to thank them. There seems to be a decent amount of negative post about them ranging from payment issues to my toilet randomly flushes throughout the night and it’s club worlds fault .

I know it takes more than good customer service to make a casino outstanding but I honestly believe they aren’t out to screw people. At least no more than any other business that survives off your money. A huge part of the fun in gambling is obviously getting your winnings. If the county I love finally get’s their act together I’m sure things will get better in terms of being paid in a timely fashion.

Speaking of the country I love….really money laundering? Is that the best we can come up with? Why can’t they just come out and say “it’s mostly about us getting our part of the money in the form of taxes.” Maybe I misunderstand the concept of money laundering but if you are depositing that money via a bank account, credit/debit card, or a money wallet then the money is ALREADY laundered. The bank isn’t going to put the specific money you gave it to the side and then deposit it into the casino. So if you already managed to get it into an account then…… Only way I can see this being an issue is if the casino is actually taking your money directly in the form of cash and then logging it into your casino balance. Also it’s legal it Texas to gamble from home as long as “the house” isn’t getting a portion of the winnings, and all players have an equal chance of winning. Pisses me off that those other states are holding me back.

I wonder if anyone made it down this far. I actually had a ton more to say but I'm tired of typing. Not to mention the more I type, the more my lack of grammar/spelling shines through.

Now that I think about it, I'm not even sure my original point was conveyed. Everyone I have dealt with including the rep here at CWG has been awesome. I just don't get the impression they are out for our blood. Deposit if you will, don't if you won't but either way give it a decent amount of time and effort before complaining about the group. *****yes I know some have but Ive seen complainants for not being paid in less than a week******

    That is all..................for now

lol - "my toilet randomly flushes"

I agree, Club World has always been good to me too. I suppose if I was in the states and having payment delays I'd be grumbling too, but I actually made a smallish withdrawal a few nights ago and the next morning it was in my moneybookers account, so no complaints there. I just wish I could get more (and bigger) withdrawals!

yahoo man is awesome, but I don't get a chance to use it much. I wish Bryan would add WTF man - I'd probably be able to use that more often!

Have to say I did have a few issues at high noon, but they were very fair, understanding and polite....

Their rep here (Martyn) was also a great help.
