Bet24 backstab

Ok i been member on bet24 since 2006 and all my withdraw been paid in 2-3 hours but this last withdrew have made to close my acount there for ever.

i won nice amount few days ago and i took cash out to neteller wich take like maximum 5 hours.

anyway after i checked my neteller i wasent paid and i checked back at bet24 and they had putted my withdraw back to casino as i lose euro-kroner and my neteller wich is dollar currency i was little bit pissed off so i requested again and called a support in denmark and he told me to send scanned credit card and ID and i did it while i was talking to him and he told me this is just security thing, ok all good, he then told me he got the doc and the money should be in my neteller in some hours. this was 08.00 on morning

12 hours later i checked and my acount and my withdraw was again sent back to casino... i was like WTF, and called support, a lady from sweden told me we need doc and i got little bit angry and said i talked to a guy named Mogens in denmark and its all set, she used some time and talked to risk dep and said yes the doc is here please let them use time.. i was like ok but dont put my money in to my acount i loose money on currency change and maybe im going to play it all she said ok no prob.

2 days later my withdraw was BACK to my casino

i then emailed and got this msg from risk dep:

Thank you for your mail.

Your documents have just been approved and your next withdrawal will be accepted.
If you need to contact us again regarding this subject, please include this ticket number LTK*****************

After this mail my withdraw got BACK AGAIN, 4days my withdraw was back in my casino again for the 4th time and i gave up,

i losed 50dollar just in exchange rate, i played some slots maybe to win back the 50dollar but nono i lost whole withdraw off 500euro becaouse of this bullshit...

thank you bet24 after 5years, 4 withdraw never maded to ..5..

after being there so long that sounds harsh.
it still amazes me that a casino wont let you withdraw because of risk management but they will allow you to play that money away .
could you imagine the police confiscated 100 million in drug money , but gave the money back to the person while the investigation is on ahhaha

im sure you find another casino here that treats you well , and send your old casino a photo of you and your new casino drinking beer together

trust me i have just one hand full of casinos i play at, surprisingly to most of ya but betfair is one of them that pay me fastest and "flush" when you push withdraw.

I have already changed the relationship status at FB me and bet24,

i think something is going on the online gambling industry not only usa players but whole globe, every casino act like its 2012 soon so they need the money to build a spaceship to travel and open a casino on mars

All/most casinos seem to do this. They will also let you deposit endlessly without any documentation, but as soon as you request a withdrawal they start talking about preventing fraud and wanting to make sure you really are the person who owns the cards/Neteller/etc accounts.
Even after you request a withdrawal and have the barricades put up, these casinos will still let you continue depositing without proof of identity!
