    Casino Bans

What are your thought that if you request a ban from a casino and then a few months later sign up for a new account but they re-instate your old account ?

Should they beheld accountable in some way ?

fair enough - i know with land based casinos in Asia and the Pacific, if you request a ban at a gaming venue, they are obligated to give you the boot when they discover your presence.

I think if you request a ban SPECIFICALLY because of GAMBLING PROBLEMS you should never be able to access that casino again. In any other case i understand if they reinstate your account upon request.
... and proud of it !

It's funny as the casino I think changed their policy in bans. When I first asked for a ban, and then tried to lift it they told me to think about it for three days before re-instating. After a while, I asked for another ban. This time around, when I signed up under a different account, they automatically re-instated my previous account without question.

sounds like a cooling period which is good at least there taking steps more than most of them do.

That's my point, the cooling period didn't exist, the next time I signed up.
