I just wanted to let you know that I've passed on the feedback in this thread to the Bodog Casino Manager. Thank you for sharing your opinion and I can confirm that there are a lot of improvements in the pipeline based on customer feedback such as yours.

I've been reading this site for quite a long time (thank you casinomeister!) and finally created a log in so I could respond.

Congrats to takethemoney for winning the random JP. I was playing Witches and Wizards yesterday when somebody won and I'm glad to know it was somebody here!

Now, having said that, I am a long time player at Bodog and, to give my opinion on the 'new and improved' Bodog…well basically…it sucks!!!

The games take a long time to load and once they do, they slow and sluggish. Their new "lobby" is a total mess and it takes forever to find anything. The old interface was much cleaner and much easier and simpler to find/change games.

And forget about getting any bonus rounds. I only get a bonus round once in a blue moon now and when I finally do get one, the amount won during the bonus round is really ridiculous. I normally play the slots at $1 per bet (occasionally more, rarely less), and all of the last bonus rounds that I have gotten have all been somewhere between $5 to $12, usually averaging somewhere around $7 to $8. I probably should have taken a screen shot of the bonus round that gave me a total win of $1.35, but I guess that I was just way too disgusted to even think about it.

I've played at Bodog a lot over the years, but they have very quickly fallen to the bottom of my favorite places to play. I play for fun and in my opinion, Bodog just isn't fun anymore.

Well on a positive note: I received a congratulatory email from Bodog, in response to my apology. As far as service and payouts, I don't think there is a better casino. I do apologize for making my frustrations known here, but I also believe such feedback is needed or the casinos won't know where they stand with the players.

Now for the best part......(drum roll please)

The new casino setup is worse than Slostatic It takes forever to find your game The color schweme makes it hard to read and the 3x, 10x,52 times play are all mixed in. I still am unable to find the pick em poker there. The guy or girl who designed this should be FIRED i REALLY cant see one redeeming value in this "new" shell IT REALLY SUCKS

pick em poker drag is at the very end. you have to drag the whatever all the way to the right
