I don´t understand their bonus system. I got the 20 freespins, won about 3 euros from them and then played it up to about 300 euro (see winner screenshots). Now my bonus balance is 33 euro. How did that happen? I thought it should be the 3 euro I won from the freespins. I don´t get any understandable answers from support

Hi there legenden.
The bonus amount should not increase unless you have leftovers from a previous bonus.
Might be an unfinished game. CS should be able to check for this.

Well, support told me that the bonus balance increase while I play with winnings from the freespins and then win more. I don´t think she knew what she was talking about. Maybe the Go Wild representative here can shed some light over this. I had zero in my account before I started playing the freespins so I don´t think I had an old bonus pending if they don´t carry over

Probably just a glitch. I'm sure the reps will take care of it soon. Might speed up the process if you send them a PM. Congrats on your winnings! Quite an achievement. Don't give it back while waiting for a reply
