Interesting thanks guys - I had a few wins from my first few deposits here - about $1000 up which is okay for a lowroller - then the e-mails stopped dead. I thought I must have been bonus banned - so contacted the rep here to ask - who referred me to a VIP rep who just said "There are no promos at the moment" - I have no problem if they HAVE bonus banned me - I just won't play there - but I would prefer the truth rather than a story - thats why I wanted to see if others were getting the e-mails I used to get.

    You have been bonus banned.

The VIP rep is lying, but casinos forget about these forums, where they are quickly found out

This is exactly the same stunt Roxy Palace pulled on me, and it took less than 2 minutes to "bust" their lie. They said "we have no promos", yet the normal weekly newsletter was in the lobby, and said words to the effect "check your email for your offer".

It is poor that GoWild are too embarrassed to ADMIT to players that when they achieve a positive lifetime outcome they get bonus banned.

The other contributers to this thread have already "busted the lie" to the OP that "There are no promos at the moment".

GoWild bonuses are pretty good, and plentiful, but this means they are going to bonus ban players who get ahead, and look like staying ahead. This seems the case for a low roller who has steadily worked their way up to 1000 ahead using the bonuses.

I "high rolled" myself to £8000 ahead, and the emails stopped dead. GoWild then went through a bad patch, culminating with the raid on their support centre.

They are now through this, and have risen to accredited status. Until you get bonus banned, they have some of the best offers going, and are worth a shot. Once you get lucky enough for a bonus ban, try elsewhere. They don't seem to have anything on offer for non-bonus players.

Thanks - as per bolded piece above this is my gripe - if you are going to bonus ban me then tell me so! Its the "hiding" of this fact - albeit poorly - that makes me a little cross.

Interesting I had a royal flush last week at GW and a small win 400 the week before- received the usual email early this week but not the standard weekend email- Deposited 100 thinking the earlier email was a carry over and was told the early email expired last nite and "there are no promotions at the moment" per the rep

Seems my win has me bonus banned as well.(even though I also deposit without bonuses).
Thank heavens for groups like 32 red that seem to realise that the odd win is not the end of the casino and a dangerous player.

A basic understanding of gambling psychology should tell the casinos pulling the reductions after a win that winners usually come back (and often lose) and those that play without bonuses are more likely to walk away with funds than someone taking a bonus with playthrough.

Its not a big deal but with the range of microgaming out there these sort of attitudes combined with no weekend pays means ladbrokes and 32red should be cornering the market soon.
    cheers

How did that happen? I thought it should be the 3 euro I won from the freespins. I don´t get any understandable answers from support
My understanding is if you are playing only with bonus $ when the free spins hit, the winnings go into the bonus, not cash balance. This could explain why your bonus account increased. If anyone knows different, please chime in.

I too am up overall at GO Wild and was told the same thing this week that there were currently no bonuses on offer. I have mainly played there without a bonus lately. I find I do well enough and am really lousy at clearing wagering requirements, no matter where I play on MG casinos. So, it doesn't bother me if they bonus banned me, but I agree with everyone else that they should be straight up about this, when it is the case.

p.s. even if they bonus ban you, you are still eligible for the 100 free spins on BDB again every Wednesday if you have deposited $100 or more in the last week. Just remember, from what I understand, any bonus spin wins will go into your bonus account, not your cash account so playing the 100 BDB spins in a row and hitting anything big will leave you with the 29X playthrough of whatever you win in the bonus account.

This true - which best case scenario leaves you with a 9% bonus - and a max cashout of $100 on the 100 free spins once you have made winthru!

That's true - Bonus offerings are to attract players. Once the Casino realises that profits are being made and withdraw them, it tells us about their character.

The onus is solely upon the Casino on whether they offer players bonuses or not. To be deceitful about it is another issue altogether. I appreciate honesty and transparency - They get you further than lying to protect your image...
