anyone heard or used this group?
got a free chip to sign up in th email. (snail mail)
resgistered with bonus code and no bonus
asked livechat
they say register a card and 72 hours time you will get it
i asked for a link to this and their terms, was told to mail support
asked what if i use wallets, told these are the rules
asked for a link to the rules, told to email support
asked them to close my account, told to email uspport
said no, they can do it, they confirmed closed
logged out and back in
asked why not closed on live chat.... ignored.

such a sense of warmth knowing i will be looked after at a place like this.

any experiences from anyone else?
