Rivals Now Blocking US Players

I tried to log into a Rival tonight and got the msg that my acct was blocked. I went to chat and here's the transcript. No notification at all from any Rivals. Hope the boss says to pull them all!!!!!!!! Apparently this is not all Rivals as I was told as just checked a few standalones and I can log in there.
