32Red wrap up from an escapee of RTG

Last night I decided to have a bit of play as I had a few hundred dollars laying dormant
And thought I may try some other casinos besides RTG, which I have been getting more and more annoyed with, delayed long waiting times for pay outs, some have suspect or shady procedures
or just Never win , horrible bonus s that you have to win several thousand dollars to actually withdraw anything. I came on to CMs site, and thought I will try a NON RTG and tried 32red.

Boy was in impressed. I had played sparingly (read only a few times ) at NON RTG casinos but that was a year or 2 ago.
Things thing, I had slight problem logging in, which was sorted in minutes via live chat (that was me typing the wrong password word username not their fault). I then registered my ID docs in 3 mins
(via password / tax no) Also impressive. Total setup time 20 mins. From new user to log in and registered.

I deposited 2 x 100.00 ea time. And left with net 300.00 2 hours later. That’s what I call a good experience. Even if I hadn’t won ( a very nice bonus) I had 2 hours with 200.00 which at at RTG

Would of lasted If I am lucky 40 mins to hour depending on the breaks. And I had a good time with it. This is how all other casinos should model themselves. Great live chat that actually very helpful

To super fast ID registration (3 or 4 mins) and I just checked my MB account I have been paid my winnings in less than 24 hours (about 18 hrs I think) How come other places (hello mainstreet) do this.

I wouldn’t normally post a post like this, but only for the really shitty time I have had at RTG lately is such a marked contrast to my 32red experience.

32Red are very good, you're right there, but don't expect to walk away winning every time LOL. Microgaming's slots can be just as tight as RTG ones if you pick the volatile ones

Not that silly to think You win everytime.. just with my record with RTG over the past 4 or 5 months of not winning or barely getting above scratch making a withdrawel pointless
and the really long pay outs 5 days plus is silly (RTG). Its nice to find a place that
it seems its their goal to make money. give you a good time and service at the same time.

I must be in the unique position of being WELL ahead at 32Red given all the tales of "great service but tight slots"

I STILL haven't been bonus banned there either This has to be another experience unique to 32Red.

If anyone DOES get a bonus ban from 32Red, it is down to activity, and NOT how much you have won.
