This looks like a Windows message - it is suggesting the software needs to be run in "compatability mode".
This kind of thing is a known issue with Vista and 7. Try running the casino in "XP compatabilty mode".
It took about a year before Vista was able to work properly with Viper, and no doubt 7 is suffering the same problems.
I have XP, so don't see these messages because XP is old enough that EVERYTHING has now been tuned to work with it.
I don't have Windows 7, but my Mum has it (and is a "pain" because it keeps changing layout after updates). Like XP and upwards, it is possible to set certain programs to run in compatabilty mode.
The Flash problems do seem to be down to choice of browser. IE 8 seems to generate quite a few problems, so if an alternative browser works better, use it.
It seems (above) that Firefox might be the best option for MGS Flash casinos.
Another thing that might help is to get rid of all unnecessary background processes when having these problems, and see if things improve.
