7sultans: meeting WR before bonus

Hi,

I just finished playing out a sign-up bonus, or so I thought, at 7sultans. What happened was I deposited the $50, which comes with a $70 bonus. The WR is 10 times equaling $1,200 and the bonus isn't credited until the next day. So, I went ahead wagered the $1,200 this afternoon and eventually lost the $50 deposit as I got close and eventually passed the WR (thats MG Viper for ya, but expected). Anyway, I called and e-mailed to verify I met the WR, so that when the bonus was applied I could do a cash-in. I was suprised to hear that one can only meet the WR *after* the bonus. They said that rule is in the T & C, but no where could I find a rule stating that the WR must be met after an account is credited with the bonus.

So my question is, should I try to fight this by communicating with fortune lounge support and attempt to convince them their T & C doesn't say you have to meet the WR after a bonus is applied? Or should I just suck it up and hope that (Microgramming Viper) software will deviate from its behavior of conviently producing terrible losing streaks once the WR are met?

BTW, support from fortune lounge was very fast in replying to my first e-mail, which stated I hadn't met the WR, but when I sent another e-mail asking exactly which T & C rule stated one must wager the WR only after a bonus is applied, they haven't replied yet. And I only play blackjack.

T&C for the sign-up offer:

7. The wagering requirements (for cash-in purposes) will start being counted from the time the promotion bonus was added to the casino account.

Also note:

4. Only 20% of the above wagering requirements can be met by playing Blackjack e.g. If your wagering requirement is $2,850 ($15 Free x 20 + $85 Purchase x 15 + $85 Bonus x 15), only $570 (20% of $2,850) of your total Blackjack play will count towards your total wagering requirements.

5.Wagering on Jacks or Better Power Poker, Jacks or Better Video Poker, Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Sic Bo will not be counted as part of the requirements for this special offer.

Looks like you didn't read far enough into the T&C. You'd actually have a problem on both counts, as Grandmaster pointed out. For future reference, when Fortune Lounge offers some type of deposit match or % bonus, you need to make the deposit and play it thru ONCE to qualify for the bonus. Then once you get the bonus, you have to play the entire wagering requirements (typically 10x d+b at the moment) before you can withdraw. AND the 1x you played to qualify does not count towards that 10x, that just qualifies you to get the bonus.

Neither of these pages have the same rule 7 and 4 that you have. Rule 7 at 7sultans says,
"Unless specifically stated otherwise, all free money that has been awarded (including but not limited to free casino credits, prizes, or service credits) must be wagered at least ten (10) times before it may be cashed in. Very often the wagering requirements may be in excess of ten (10) times, so it is important to familiarise yourself with all of the specific conditions pertaining to each promotion)."

fortune lounge rule 7 says,

"Unless specifically stated otherwise, all purchases must be wagered at least once (1), before a promotional bonus specifically related to that purchase will be credited."
