Or what would be easier would be easier is if you went to the cashier and it had a message that said "You still have playthrough of XXX" on the bonus you took etc etc - please complete this before making a deposit.
I was thinking about the same and almost sure we will implement it in the nearest future.
I don't take many bonuses but I think this is a bad example about a bonus. Few people do not know about the play through on a bonus. To add more of their cash when they still have bonus requirements to fulfill seems dumb to me. And, if I was dumb enough to add my funds to a balance with bonus still attached, I deserve to still have to make the rest of the bonus demands before I can withdraw any funds.
There are so many different stories about bonus, bonus abuse, bonus and how they work. It seems to me that bonuses should be quite straight forward with their rules. But, from all the problems we read about them here, I guess they are not so easy to decipher.
I agree.
Always play out a bonus before making another deposit. This way you can always be sure there is no WR left and you know exactly what you can withdraw later.
i dont think the wrs should be removed. the player could make new deposits of any amounts and mix play eg table games. you cant use your discretion everytime otherwise it could lead to arguments.
