A positve comment for Clubworld

Given the number of negative posts lately about non acceptance of verification documents and payment issues with clubworld thought I would acknowledge a positive.

Finally had a cashout at High Noon (got major dinos on free games Trex- 1 spin returned 3500)

Sent verifcation documents through- approved within 2 hours of sending. Cashed out 4000 to neteller approved and sent under 24hours.

Yep, apart from a paymentdelay ONCE (took 6 days to get paid) they always approve cashouts within 24 hours.

I'm very satisfied with CWC and NOT only because i win big

I have a great relationship with the folks at CW Casinos... Tom is quite responsive to any issues via PM here at the forum (Clubworld is the screen name) and the CSR's are diligent, helpful, and generous with the second chance chips when I really hit the skids...

I had a little verification issue back when I first was trying to get all my accounts synchronized to the same fax-back form, but since then, not an issue to mention...

Obviously people's experiences are different, but I can't imagine a player not getting pretty darn good service there at CW if that player has the patience to wait out the verification procedure.

Granted, the player must enjoy the RTG platform... Which can be tight at times... And you rarely see the monster hits you get from the MG's and PT's and 3D's with their super high variance games, but I get a few cashouts each week with them, and generally the payouts are done faster than I am sure they want me to admit...

The other thing is this... Given that I am a lil gambly, I really find one of their bonus formats quite appealing. When I make and lose a few deposits over the course of the day, or a couple days, I then go to chat with a 'bonus request'. I often get a nice 'second chance' chip with a 10x max cashout and 10x WR. I find those terms to be pretty darn manageable and often the max cashout ends up being more than my total deposits for the day...

For me, and admittedly its a rare person who is as juicy and degen-ish as I am from time to time, the 10x max cashout actually helps me, as once I hit the 10x mark, assuming the playthru is met or close to met, I never dip below the max-cashout line bc there is no point in dipping any lower in an attempt to get the balance up higher...

Its not an ideal system, I obviously leave some cashable amounts on the table from time to time during my bonus free play. I tend to see vast sums on the horizon and ignore depleting bankrolls in my vain attempt to revisit my highwater water for the session. And thats why this method outlined above is a nice way to gtd some cashouts every week and get some extra playing time...

I agree. Now that Villento and RR have pulled out, I find I am playing only at either CWC or 3Dice. I love them both.

yes i agree all club world casinos are awsome pay is fast and cutomer support is quick the way it should be in this industry

I loved club world until they forgot about my birthday

But then I got over it and started playing there again. I had two nice cash outs last weekend one I received already and the other is on its way. Customer service has always been good there. For RTG there group is one of my favorites to play at. They have always been responsive to my needs and I like that alot. They have always answered live chat and phone. In a time when USA is afraid to deposit anywhere with Club World you don't have to worry.

...and when a letter says 'T&C apply contact customer support', how many of you actually do seeing as the lobby holds all the details now....unless of course they 'decide not to use the lobby features' and spring a 5x withdrawal limit (it was a deposit bonus)on you consequently robbing me of £1781 and a random jackpot amount mysteriously disappearing into the back pocket of club world.

Club World is great. By far my favourite RTG casino.

Great bonuses and quick cashouts.

The $500 bonus challenge is awesome. I love betting big with the casino's money.
