The problem is that Rival themselves seem to have pulled out of the US market, and all their white labels have been forced to follow this directive. They could easily require ALL licensees to pull out, just as they have with Canada.
The only way BP can be assured of staying until THEY see fit is to get a license from Rival that prevents Rival from dictating to BP which countries can be offered the software. It seems that NO Rival operator has managed to get a degree of independence that has allowed them to offer the casino to Canadians.
BP do at least have the sportsbook operation, so loss of the casino to the US market because Rival forces it will not be a complete disaster.
