I am not confident I understand ur question, but, I think you are asking if Online casinos can see the stats of games played, members online, and possibly even more statistics?

If thats the question, the answer is almost universally yes... The 'backend' of the software, the part of the software the operator uses to monitor and adjust the settings, would include stats like number of times a game has been played, and what kind of RTP% each game is experiencing, and the list goes on and on...
