Question RTG - (Rushmore) technical problem

I've been in contact with Rushmore tech support but they can't help me.

It all started when I tried to enter tournament lobby, there was a Silverlight script error. I reinstalled Silverlight and after that I couldn't log in to the casino at all.
I deinstalled Rushmore + Silverlight and cleaned the registry, didn't help.
Everytime I open the casino, there's some updating and then it closes before I get a chance to log-in.

    Any help is appreciated

Try rolling back to a previous version of Silverlight.

Do RTG casinos even NEED it, I thought they were based on Flash?

Try uninstalling Silverlight, but not putting it back, but installing Rushmore on it's own. I would hope it would hunt for an alternative on your PC, or install it's own copy of Silverlight, which may not be the one Microsoft now distribute.

I only got Silverlight because the ITV web player wanted it, and I was happily running RTG casinos before that, and without Silverlight.

Silverlight is considered rather "buggy" in any case, something that almost all Microsoft software products have in common.

    Thanks,
Yep, Silverlight is needed if you play tournaments, you're asked to install the first time you play a tourney, it's a separate download. I did install only Rushmore earlier today after deinstalling both casino and Silverlight and that's how far I've come.
As I mentioned the problem started when I first deinstalled Silverlight and that doesn't make sense, from what I understand it runs only when you play tourneys and it shouldn't affect the casino program.

Problem solved, have no idea why. Did the same de-reinstallation procedure for the eighth time or so.
