    I agree VWM.

I actually registered at Omni (4-5 months ago) because I wanted to play with higher bets than what "my casino" Centrebet offer on some high variance slots (great blue, penguin vacation, Irish luck etc...). But I chose not to deposit (I have used Bet365 instead), because I noticed that they used up to 21 business days for withdrawal by wire transfer.

21 days is just crazy in my opinion.

(I withdraw by wire if I can`t use my credit card).

By the way, Centrebet uses 1-5 days on wire transfer.

Yeah, I think they have a 48H pending, not sure. But I see that as acceptable for those who really wants to use them. 48H is maximum of what I see as acceptable.

Me personally would not use a casino that has a 48H pending.

I must say it is a surprise for me to see that a casino like Omni actually chooses to practice this. There are also good Playtech casinos ,who don`t are on the accredited list, like William Hill and Betfair who pays much faster. I have actually not seen a reputable Playtech casino before who uses this default setting. So...yeah, it is a surprise.
The "casinos" you've mentioned aren't actually casinos, they're bookmakers offering a casino on the side. For the vast majority of Playtech casinos, 4 days is standard. Casinos in general, regardless of software, pay slower than bookmakers.

hi not all playtechs are four days , prestige i have nailed down to 48hrs , there standard is 4 days ,but if you play weekly & things they do take your tier level into account , circus casino , grovesnors , genting , which are all uk casinos b&M , seem to be faster than standard playtech casinos , maybe omni casino needs to sharpen up there withdrawals as this can only affect the players.

Yes, I can understand what you mean. But we are clearly talking about their casino section in this forum, and I assume that it is the bookmakers casino who are listed in the accredited list. So I don`t see it as important if they are a casino or a bookmaker with a casino.

Omni casino take lot of time to pay, some time i must wait more than week to take the money, every time they giveme differents answer. so i start playing at Bet365 and never have any problem. So i decide to not play there (omni) anymore

It makes a huge difference as they handle their own finances.
    Compared to "regular processing".

Same as independent Rivals pay out in 24-48hrs compared to white labels where it takes 3-5 business days.

    Hi Everyone,

As promised, here's the information on Omni Casinos withdrawal times:

The average withdrawal at Omni Casino is processed within 24-48 hours.

While Omni Casino does currently state a four day withdrawal period as a default statement, this is more specifically intended to account for newer members of the casino. As all newer members must pass through the standard security checks, we wish to account for everything up front to the members.

However, this statement is NOT our policy. We accept responsibility for it being stated nonetheless and will review this with our support department to ensure communication with members is up to date.

The four (4) business days pending period is standard to all withdrawal
requests, this is whether we have player’s documents or not. The pending
period may lengthen depending on player's response to the documentation
request, if there is a problem on the withdrawal method chosen, there is a
technical issue on our end, etc.

The reality is that Omni Casino does process within 24-48 hours in 95% of our secured member withdrawals. Sometimes it is 72 depending on volume and other factors such holidays or banking holidays in a given country. Therefore, this is why we do state in a letter upon a members withdrawal "one to three business days." Of course, there will always be a case whereby a transaction could take longer and that is dependant on multiple factors. The member response for documentation, game play review, bonus usage reviews, suspected fraud and location changes.

Regarding funds being returned to a player account. There are several reasons as to why a withdrawal request could be returned to a player account. Suspect fraud of course being one of them. However, there are really only two main reasons.

    1. A player has not met the terms and conditions of a promotional offer. This is the most common which is explained to the member or:

    2. A member that has not responded or submitted the complete (and or correct) security documents when requested within a 7-day period. This is also explained to the member.

Lastly and important, we handle our own finances and at ANYTIME a member may contact our 24/7 support team at playershelp@omnicasino.com and request their account frozen until a withdrawal is processed. This is a request that is never denied to members and is always available.

    Warm Regards,

    Elliott.

14 Years of Pure Casino Entertainment.

I think the rep from Omni has given a good explanation in this thread.

It is also great to see that they take responsibility for the inaccurate information given by CS, and they do this without the use of excuses. Other casinos would easily reply with for example "the employee who handled this was a new member of our staff...etc. (for example, the explanation from 32red in a thread started by mn001).

So yeah, the rep did well here in my opinion.
