Cuban real estate venture

No Idea where to post this but because I consider it a gamble I'll put it here, Cuba is opening up the ability to purchase real estate, In my opinion the values are going to sky rocket in short order as more foreigners buy houses, So just giving you all a heads up to look into this investment opportunity if you have a bit of venture capital. I bet you triple your investment in less than 10 years.

But of course.........ask someone smarter than me before diving in.
