    Palace group withdrawal times

Just went on live chat to ask why my withdrawal was still reversible after 24 hours and was informed that the pending period had gone from 24 to 48 hours - at the players request! From chat:

Jody: it shows the transaction on the 01/05/2011 and we will unfortunately have to wait for the 48 hour reversible period to elapse before the transaction will be processed

Jody: my apologies for the delay but the request to have this period increased came from various requests made by players

So who are the players who requested a 48 hour pending period for withdrawals, sign in here and show yourselves.

Haha. I think we all know the real reasons Shame they won't do what 32Red does and give each player what they want individually. Guess that's why 32Red win all the awards.

i dont believe for a second that the number of players who vouch for 48-hour reversal periods will outnumber those who want to stick to 24 hours. ha! of all the rotten nerve palace.

    Translation:

Increased to 48 hours because they've realized if they do that, more gamblers are inclined to go ahead and reverse, then lose all their winnings. And probably deposit again.

Definitely a move to get more players to reverse their withdrawals.

I use to play at this group alot but because of long wait for withdrawls i rarely play here anymore. Theres no way more players wanted a longer period for reverse withdrawl.
One time I requested a withdrawl by check and it took almost 7 weeks, they said its because it takes at least 2 weeks to get confirmation from instadebit who i deposit threw, this is bull, I feel if they keep the way there going there going to loose alot of players. I would like to see withdrawls done in a hour!!!

    A suggestion.....

.....when you make a withdrawal, go straight to Live Chat and ask them to 'flush' your account. You then won't be able to reverse your withdrawall and in my experience, your withdrawal is likely to be processed the next working day. I suspect that many players aren't aware of the 'flush' option which is effectively cashing out without the option to reverse.

Hope this helps. If not, sorry...

Some Casinos refuse to offer the Flush option. I recently enquired this from the Mini Vegas Group.... Same scenario ... I obviously will not be playing there based solely on this fact.

    Yes.....

......I was referring to Palace Group rather than casinos in general. The point is that I reckon most players don't even know the option exists. Personally, I won't play anywhere that dosen't allow me to withdraw and bypass the reversal option. On the subject of what other casinos do, Bet 365 (Playtech) have a reversal option BUT if you ask them, they will turn it off!

I had a thread about this.
They'll only flush if you are a VIP otherwise It's 48 hours reversible and then 24 to 48 hours for them to process it and pay you!
so can be 4 days before the even send money and then if it is going to your visa or a wire it's another three days on top of that!

    Ridiculous!!

Have uninstalled this group from my PC and will never play at them again!
I was a regular depositor a few times a week and almost every week. So their loss really!
Provide shitty service and screw players around and the players will walk and give their money to someone else that will treat them better!
Apparently they don't care enough about losing players to change?

    Cheers
