I think they had Monday off, and maybe even TODAY is a holiday. It would have helped had we been told when to expect prizes to be credited, as without being told otherwise, I am sure we all expected to see the money by the following day.

A very poor choice of ending date, the day before a long holiday. Had the event ended today, and payment of prizes been made tomorrow, there would not be such a fuss.

I am wondering how you guys got paid? The tournament said it was in pounds and it converted my Canadian dollar to pounds to play in it. The payout for me today was US converted to Canadian which is a lot smaller.

I have just got it, and it seems to be UK pounds. The prizes were supposed to be Euros though, so I suspect they have made a mistake in crediting the prizes without accounting for the currency of the players' accounts.

I have gained, but others with a currency worth less have lost out. Might be worth raising this with Wayne when he reappears.

They did this before. I won a wager challenge with a top prize of $8000. They gave me £8000 - they spotted this error after I had withdrawn the prize, and adjusted it before paying it. It would have been more complicated had I played with it & lost.

Most casinos credit prizes as "casino credits", whereas Red Flush always nominate a currency, and convert both scoring and prizes to that currency, regardless of the currency a player is using.

My prize should have been a bit less, but for Canadians, it should be more. Best get this sorted out before destroying the evidence by losing it or withdrawing

It should be paid in pounds if you entered in pounds, and THEN convert into your account currency.

I'm sure Wayne will sort it.

I tried to talk to customer service.....they ended the chat.....told me it was paid out in my currency as per the promotion..........what??
