yesterday I ran into some trouble at LN when trying to deposit. A message kept popping up referring me to customer service. Also, right in front of my eyes, the games started disppearing. I emailed support to find out what the porblem was and the following was the reply I received:

It's good seeing you back

As for the casino closing itself from US based players, this has actually been in place for some time, but a number of casinos allowed players like you to remain customers...until now.

The face of i-Gaming is everchanging - and this is one of the changes. We are looking at the pending opening of the US market, and this is one way the global market is responding to these events.

It'll be interesting to see if MGS or Playtech casinos will be able to accept US bets after the market has been liberalized in the States. Or will the US government dictate where the players play?

Get ready for onlinecasinos.gov and poker.gov.

It seems rather messy. It would surely be in the interests of the casino to allow players to carry on playing their existing balances for as long as they have no means to pay them. This will make some balances simply "go away", and they will have less to pay out in the end. It seems odd than they suddenly care about protecting players from playing through their funds because of withdrawal delays, because many of the delays have been introduced in order to ENCOURAGE players to be tempted into playing them back.

The move to disable the games, but leave the accounts open, is probably to ensure that players have access to request withdrawals when the time comes.

Players should NOT uninstall these game-free lobbies until they have been paid, since they may find that they have no way to reinstall the lobby once a means to process withdrawals has been found.

I am also thinking "what's wrong with QT?". This eWallet has so far managed to dodge the DoJ, and is managing to operate, so surely this is the way to quickly close out US players from Level 11, and have QT take on the liabilty for the player balances, along with those casinos still willing to take QT deposits from US players.

From What I understand, they did not "lose" their processor, they dropped their processor.. A huge difference.

Again, from what I understand, the decision was made at the owner level to no longer allow existing US players to deposit.

This was not a processor 'problem', it was a management/owner decision.

Belle Rock still eyes the 'legal' US market with lust in their hearts...

Microgaming has closed all u.s. player accounts at all casinos. Can't even login to any of mine. Guess you have to email the casino if you have money in your casino account.

This includes the new Casinos they set up just for U.S. Players(such as Allslots USA, Vegas Slot USA and so on).

No warning, took deposits up to the last minute

Odd? Didn't Level 11 have any say in the matter, after all - they must have paid a fee to license the games, and are now saddled with a set of casinos having a player base of zero, and thus no further royalty payments.

Level 11 is a dead business, as they had all their eggs in this one basket, and never took non-US players.

The independent Level 11 casinos, (such as Allslots USA) where the original operator sold out to an independent management team in order to separate the US from the core business, now have ZERO income, and only liabilities. These would be player balances, affiliate payments (from the transfer of players), and any fees payable to Microgaming for the games they had.

It seems they have shut down the accounts, maybe even the servers, before players have been able to submit their final withdrawals. This also means players can no longer log in to check their balances, nor track the progress of their withdrawals.

Yet AGAIN the US players get a royal shafting from a major software supplier. Now we have to see that any player balances due are FIRST priority when it comes to payouts, and I am sure we will EXPECT the operators and Microgaming to ensure that players are not going to lose money simply because of the secretive "ringfencing" arrangements that were made to separate the "toxic assets" of US players from the core business.

US players who don't see their money in a timely manner should complain to the regulators, and it seems Kahnawake are taking this SERIOUSLY, and are expecting their licensees to make an orderly exit from the US, rather than running away from their liabilities.

After the way they have acted... I would say Yes there is a good chance they will treat the Itialian players the same way they treated the US players.

You really want to continue to play there after the way they have acted?

I just pulled all Belle Rock casinos off my white list... and put them on my Black List. They were the first ones I put up on my White List, over six years ago.
