casino problems regarding cashouts - what you can do ....

Hi everyone,

i had my share of withdraw issues, maybe this will help some of you.

*document everything! take screen shots, copy emails , record chat sessions.
* be anoying as f*ck, never let go
* when a manager calls you regarding your cashout, never make a deal or when they trie to bend the truth.. don't be greedy but play hardball and tell them they have to call you back.
* know what you're rights are...
* contact your aff! try to find out who they are etc...
* watch out for sketchy people who contact you but want something in return in the end...
* have a plan b and if everything fails contact the fbi or whatever..

if someone knows a good one , add 2 the list

Those are really helpful! I would add a few more:

Don't let live support send you to email support. They can do the same as the email support team and faster (not always in white labels); it's just a tactic to make things slower.
Contact the rep at CM. If he/she knows you're in the boards, they'll avoid making noise.
Never (NEVER!!) make a deal or offer one :P
