Anniversary bonus

With a casino group that I have played for a year and have deposit over $40,000 dollars plus put back most of my winnings got a $25.00 Anniversary bonus.
Im a VIP and in there VIP web page of events they state on the Anniversary of a player
who sarted to play will recieve a generous bonus or a fabulous gift.
I admit I havnt deposit as much in the last few months as the privous 10 months but
needles to say 25 is not a generous bonus compared to all other bonus I recievd from them like 200.00 for my b.d etc
also when checking my account there was another account number in my name I asked them to close it but I have asked how and when this extra account was created. they blocked the account and said it wont affect me but they still havnt let me know how and when this account was created so a liitle concerned.
Going back to the 25.00 bonus what kind of Anniversary bonus or b.d bonus have you recieved.

in all the time ive been playing at casinos and although my dep run from 20.00 to 150.00and i usually dep a couple times a week, I have never gotten a anniversary bonus. but then again if i had deposited up to 40.000 such as you did i would think a little 25.00 anniversay bonus was a slap in the face. sorry if thats sounds ungrateful but if thats all i could offer a vip player i wouldnt offer one at all.
