    Lightbulb Winner.com No Depo Bonus beaten (FYI!)

    I have just beaten a no deposit bonus from Winner casino (Winner.com and Casino Del Rio Brands), deposited, played some more hands for fun and then asked for a withdraw. I'll write here how is the process going

    Update 23/04/11: I contacted live chat support and sent an email asking why is my withdrawal still "waiting". They told me I have some kind of "unfinished transaction" in a "related site" and they have decided to keep my money.

    I don't think I'll post more information about this problem unless it gets solved. Looks to me just like a bad tactic to delay my payment (no communication, strange claims not expressed in the T&C in order to delay the payment of winnings, unresponsive support staff that "can't do anything" but if you ask again they'll tell you, ...) and may be a PAB situation...

    I'm not surprised with the no pay. I don't trust that casino group at all.

    They used to telephone me every 2nd day to try and get me to deposit. I stopped playing there for that reason alone. There are much better casinos online.

    @Lucky Loser: The only marketing bad practice I've experienced so far was from some girl from the Spanish support. She invited me to play a progressive jackpot of +100000€ with my crappy no deposit bonus that has a max. cashout of 100€. I told her that it would be impossible for me to get that money according to their terms and she told me that this is my problem in a rude way.

    Then I reinstalled the casino in English just to avoid the Spanish support team.

    Update 24/04/11: The support guys used to be extremely fast but now that I sent an email with my points to the security department they seem to have slowed down the process... In any case, I contacted live chat to tell them my frustration about how things are being handled and they promised me a response in 24-48h and they also told me that my cashout will be, most likely, processed.

    Not looking good so far is it. Was thinking of testing out this playtech casino and depositing 'without the bonus' but thinking twice as of now. Even though the run around they are giving you is bonus based, it still gives an insight in to how the casino operates in general.
