The "null" at Lasseters usually means the following:

    1) You haven't been switched to "age verified" status, which happens among other things, if you haven't sent in an ID, and if you haven't met wagering restrictions.

    2) If you have been switched to "age verified" status, they will send you a PIN, which you will be asked to enter when you access the cashier page the next time you log in. Once this happens, the "null" goes away and you can withdraw. If you haven't recieved this PIN by e-mail, they probably didn't switch you to "age verified" status.

I don't know why I'm doing their support work for them, but I'm in a helpful mood today...

PS: Incidentally, that e-mail they send you is a standard "form e-mail" they apparently send to everyone who reports any problem. I had a problem with them regarding disconnects and slow load times and that was the same exact e-mail response I got, which completely did not solve anything.

They email me last night and said they will resend the pin. However, it didn't arrive yet. I already fax my documents on last Friday, wager more than $8900 and I am an age confirmed player (which I am allowed to deposit $3000 and also got promotion email?).

Thank you for explaining to me. Now I finally know what null means

Well, Let's see how it go today....

I login the casino this morning. I was asked to enter the "PIN" first, but I don't have it . They never email me the PIN.

The only problem about unable to withdrawal is my balance go lower and lower.

Did anyone ever have problem with the Live chat? It never work on my computer.

I finally got the PIN. They verify the document and confirm it.

When I request the withdrawal, the screen told me I am only allowed request check. However, it told me to use Neteller later because I use Neteller to deposit. I am happy either way. I had fun (with a little bit stress) and made a small profit.

Slochik and Aindreas_Daoc, thank you for you help and advise!

A quick update. I requested withdrawal about 3:30 p.m. yesterday. The money is in my Neteller at 8.p.m.

The beginning is not easy. However, I do enjoy playing th VP there and are very happy all the problems get resloved in the end. I don't even have to wait for the check.

I will be back and try to chase my first RF.

If you want to chase royal flush, why not play at Inetbet? Their comp point program will make your money last longer.
Or, you can play at sci-fi or breakaway's decus wild video pokers. Those video pokers have a payout of 100.7% with correct strategy (only for 5-10 cents). You can also find those strategies easily on the net.

Are Sci-fI AND Breakway reputable? I totally forgot about Inetbet. I just start to play VP. It's fun and Lasseter offer 0.25 per hand.

Sci-fi has a bad history when they first started. After the accident they tried to do the right thing and very few complaints are heard. They always process the cashin in 3 business days. Sadly, they never completely settle the old disputes with players.
    Breakaway is their sister casinos.
Sci-fi, breakaway and Inetbet are all RTG casinos. You can play their muti hand VP. With up to 100 hands and 1 cents minimum, that's $5 per hand. It's very easy to see royal flush even if you only deposit a few hundreds. Of course each royal flush only give you $40 and it's not as pretty as the single one.
The best hands I've got is 5 RF with $5 bet, for a total of 200+ payout.
