    Lasseters BJ

I am having terrible sessions with Lasseters BJ.

    Typical loss is 6-7%.

Looks like their games is somewhere around 99.5%.
Does not list the number of decks used - infinite ?

    Please comment on your play.

I have done well at the VP games -but would like a lot less variance.

Thumbs up I am doing OK at their BJ

I think lasseters use an infinite deck. I played last month and had one of my best BJ sessions ever. I won 110 units in 2000 hands.
Are you playing basic strategy??, do you know that dealer donīt peek for black jack?

    Good luck at lasseters.

    Hi FLAVIO and TWO_CARD,

I'd be interested to know how long it takes for an initial withdrawal to be processed and received from Lasseters. About 3 months ago the initial withdrawal had to be sent by mail and it ended up taking just short of 4 weeks.

Additionally, Lasseter's Blackjack has the distinction for my recording no less than 35 losses and/or pushes in a row, so under no circumstances do you want to be chasing any ANY wagers there. Another thing that I've found about their system is that a large amount of "pushes" is generally a very good indicator that one of the aforementioned huge HOUSE runs is occurring or is about to occur.

If Lasseter's is still using an infinite deck, you should hit, rather than double, A,4 vs 4 (it crosses over at 27 decks) and also hit A,2 vs 5 rather than double which also crosses over somewhere between 8 decks and an infinite deck.

You will save 0.83% of your initial wager by hitting these 2 hands rather than doubling them.

The odds are pretty crappy for BJ.

The long-term average player return for this game, as approved by the Regulatory Authority is: 97.64%.

Not sure why its so bad tho, Its an 8 deck shoe now, no peek, one card onto split aces.

The calculator at the wiz's site sez around 0.5%
    http://wizardofodds.com/games/blackj...eedgecalc.html

Whatever I'm missing adds almost another 2% to the HA.

(.....even using the worst rules in the wizs calculator I can only get a max of just over 1%)

Lasseter is another casino i question if it fair play. The reason is i cant beat it. I can win at micro , rtg , wagerlogic, even boss. but lasseters black jack results suck. I will not pay there

    To me it all bad
    1. software sucks
    2. payout to long
    3. I believe the black jack is fixed

Yes this is true, my first withdrawal was sent by check and it took 3 weeks. Now I am a bronze player and I can withdrawal to my neteller account.
I canīt believe that all of you had such a terrible experience at their BJ game, as I said, I am having a great time with their BJ.

I think this is the actual long term player return, and not the theoretical, I mean this return includes player mistakes, keep in mind that not everybody plays basic strategy. Even I was making mistakes doubling on A,4 vs 4 and A,2 vs 5.

Hi eek - how you've been?

I was guessing this is simply the payback percentage based on total dollars paid out over total dollars wagered. It's utterly meaningless in determining the HA and only shows how badly players play or how unlucky they have been on big bets.

Are you saying the game is no longer an infinite-deck game and is definitely an 8-deck game?

An infinite-deck would add about 0.09% (and also change BS) to an 8-deck and the full no peek would add about another 0.13% to the HA as calculated by the Wiz calculator, making it about a 0.66% HA overall. I'm not sure how many splits Lasseters allows.

Another good calculator to use is at Ken Smith's website http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bjbse.php

His calculator takes into account no hole card rules but not re-splits.

As Damian says, it's a crappy game and I don't play there much due to the high HA. When I did play there, I got a 107% payback in 305 hands.

I get the money in Neteller in 2-4 days.
The first withdrawal is sent snail mail.

If the withdrawal screen does not have a Neteller option - contact Lasseters.
