William Hill closes to italian players

Hello, yesterday my william hill casino account was closed, due to AAMS regulations (italian authority for gambling). I've contacted their support through mail, but no answer was given. A couple of weeks ago they stated I'could continue playing despite the AAMS regulation. So is here any WH Rep for further explanations?
