Villento Brand Casinos - U.S. - Rep Please Respond -(TOURNAMENTS)

The U.S. version of Villento brand casinos (Level Eleven software)
is tournament-less. Every time I ask a CS rep, they always
say that they're "working on it" and that "it will be up very soon".

Okay, so can we get a date set on when we can expect the
tournaments to be added for the U.S. players, please?

Is the same heart and soul put into the U.S. version of your brand
casinos as the Microgaming platform you guys operate as well?

I'm sure the Americans who play at your casinos are a big chunk of
the profits you guys see at the end of the day.

I just don't believe that the same love and attention is being directed
towards your U.S. friendly version. I get the feeling that we're being
treated like, I dunno, red-headed step children I guess.

I had a bit of a bumpy ride at first with you guys but now I'm dedicated.
Fairness was a question I had at first but after the $5,400 win I had, it was
all a figment of my imagination.

I doubt you will EVER see these tournaments unless the US overturns UIGEA, and allows Microgaming back in.

There have been a number of promises made, then broken, and it seems as though the "Level 11" variant is a "dead end" product, there only to manage the slow decline of the "die hard" players. Remember, no NEW players are being accepted, so there is a steady erosion of the player base as players decide to leave, so there is no obvious motive to develop this variant further.

It was a "fudge" to avoid operators having to dump all their US players in one go, which would probably have caused some to go bust.

The "Level 11" fudge allows them to lose US players gradually, whilst replacing them through recruitment from elsewhere.

Unless a tournament solution included non-US players too, they would be a "push over" for the few US players who had the liquidity and lack of difficulty depositing to fund the continues & rebuys.

If you DO end up with tournaments, they will be crap, nothing like the MGS ones (and many think THEY are crap).

The RTG tournaments seem to be better appreciated, and are freely available to US players.
