Instant casinos! A few questions ???

Hi how goes sorry if this has been asked before!,I have recently installed a linux operating system on my pc.I cant play the download version of casinos so been playing instant instead. I have mozilla as my browser and at the bottom of the window it informs of where its transferring data from.I have noticed on both ladbrokes and 32 red on opening the casino it transfers data directly from these sites. But whenever i actually play a spin/bet my browser tells me iam transferring data from a site called GAMEASSISTS.CO.UK and this is on both casinos.What am really asking is, am i playing a different server from download version or even a third parties server??.Also there seems to be an odd choice of slots with some newer ones missing and it varies from casino to casino.
