Casino rewards - relationship building strategies

It's been a while since I deposited at any Casino Rewards casino, so this may not be a new subject, but I have never
experienced this kind of approach at Casino Rewards or elsewhere. (Well, Rushmore used to "attack" me with their bonus offers but not anymore)
This is was happened. I did the free play at Players Palace and when I made the +$100, CS popped up to inform me I had been picked and they had a special offer for me if I deposited. I don't particularly appreciate these uncalled visits, but ok fine. The special offer remained a mystery until my deposit went through, no surprise
The next step of the agenda was talking me into using E-wire instead of Moneybookers and no time was spared there. They succeeded I must admit

Today I received this e-mail or rather e-mail "conversations" (btw I'm so far from being a vip or desirable customer I could be, given my CR history)

    Hi there X
My name is Mark and I’m the Loyalty Supervisor here at Spin Palace Casino.
A member of our loyalty team chatted to you the other day and I thought I’d pick up from where they left off. I’m not sure exactly what you chatted about, but I’ve been told by my manager to look after you!
For starters, I’m going to credit your account with an extra 10 € bonus on the house when you make your next deposit. After this, we can see what else we can do for you so please let me know if I can go ahead with this.
Also, if you’re thinking of depositing larger amounts, I’ll personally make sure you’re never short of a decent bonus ;-)
In case you don’t remember, your account number is: xxx

Enjoy the rest of your day in x and I look forward to your reply.

    Kind regards,
    Mark
    Loyalty Supervisor

(Ok, stupid enough, would anyone fall for that really, straight into the bin. But then I realized there was more)

    Hi Mark,
I just got the email below from the loyalty team regarding a player from x named x. I’ve had a look at their account and would like you to keep an eye on it as they seem like they could be a good player.
Can you do me a favour and get back to x by tomorrow for me and offer a decent bonus?
BTW, if x deposits more than last time, then credit the account with an even bigger bonus – I’ll leave the sum to you ;-)

    Regards
    Steve
    Loyalty Manager

    Hey Steve,

Hope you’re well. Just a quick mail with regards to one of my new players - I chatted to someone called x from x the other day. I’ve had a look at their account and I think they deserve 10 € of bonus if they make another deposit.
Just wanted to double check with you that I can go ahead and credit the account with the extra 10 credits?

    Kind regards,
    Loyalty Team

Some piece of advice to Casino Rewards.
A personal, helpful, kind and appreciative approach is a great advantage.
    Insulting my intelligence is not.

    Spin Palace = Palace Group
Players Palace = past Playshare, now Casino Rewards

Thank you I guess it was I who messed it up when I inserted the text. I have a vague recollection of deleting something by mistake and must have made a mistake correcting it.
It's too late for me to edit, but I will try to fix it. My apologies to Spin Palace and Players Palace.

Is this what they are stooping to??? I would feel insulted! You are such a Loyal player than you will ONLY get your bonus of 10 euro if you deposit... LOL
