    Hi all
    I would like to say i am so sorry to Kerry at 32 Red casino.
    I didn't believe you when you said i had redeemed my loyalty points,through this you still treated me with kindness and never once got mad at me.
    Kerry i am so sorry and would like to tell you that you have made me relies how important it is to treat others with kindness and respect.

    And to all the staff at 23 RED a big thank you as you are all so nice.

    And thanks so much for my Big win on Friday,i have had other wins but was to silly to stop lol.

    I would also like you all to know that i have been watching all casino reps,managers and CEO Management on Casino Meister and 32 RED your management etc log in every day.You should all be so proud for caring for you clients.

    It is indeed. I'm lucky because I've never made a mistake ever so I've never had to admit it but I hope that if I ever do I will be able to.

    I agree with the others. It's nice to see a player admit their mistakes and take responsibility for them. Most often it's the other way around (it could never be the players' fault...) so when a player comes here and posts as you did, it's very refreshing. Thank you for that

    I was tempted to put a deliberate spelling mistake in my post so someone could pull me up on it and say ha ha you made a mistake. But then would anyone have believed me when afterwards I said it was deliberate ?
