is max cashout on loyalty points normal?

i chated with go wild operator and was told that when i use my loyalty points there is a $100 max cashout?

seems odd to me, just like i can't play progresive slots when i have abonus balance.

however i spend my money to get those points so why would i be capped? what if i have $200 in points?

so just wondering are all the casinos like this?

I've never heard of such a thing. If you were talking about Rival, maybe so. But not Go Wild.

I can't see any reason why there would be a max cashout on comps.

i messaged melissa at go wild she is looking into it. i remember a while ago someone there telling me there wasn't but the other night i think the c.o said there was a $1000 max on comps. which makes zero sense.
