The game Atztecs Treasure feature guarantee has a bug . I played at Grande Vegas and startet the feature guarantee game . I was excitet if i will win the feature and clicked several times with a high frequency (maybe 10 clicks per second) on the "play button" . After that the weel disappeared and the game was froozen . I couldnt do anything . No button was working . i couldnt change the betsize or the lines .

I closed the casino and startet it again .....

When i startet the slot the standard setting with a 0% chance appeared

So i ahd no chance of winning free spins due to the bug.


You can check this out yourself the software will also freeze in fun mode .

I have forwared this issue to the technical deparrment of grande vegas and told them to forward this to RTG because its a general bug .

I have made some tests in funmode at different casino and the problem occurs with a chance of 100 % with several clicks on the play button .


Sometimes a server error message appears so its very unlikely that the RNG make a decision if you get free spins or not .

On the otherside i had no problems with more then 10 samples with a single click .

That is a SERIOUS bug, since something on the CLIENT side is able to corrupt the game on the SERVER side, and delete the free spins altogether.

The principle of game security should mean that NOTHING a player does at their end should be able to CHANGE the outcome of a game at the server end. In this case, the outcome was 100% chance, so guaranteed feature, yet the player was able to CHANGE this result to 0% chance merely by clicking the mouse button a few times. This should ONLY affect the client interface, and NEVER the game on the server.

I bet RTG would take notice if clicking a few times actually changed the result in the other direction, and GAVE the feature every time
