I played at this casino last week. I deposited 500 and get 125 bonus. After playing 500 BJ hands( the only game I tried )I lost around 30 units which is OK for me. Their game seems fair and fast. But then ....
I Tried to withdrawal from my account and they ask me to send ID and a player verification form. I sent this documents last wednesday via e-mail and they didn´t answer me. I sent again my documents on thursday and they didn´t reply. Today I am going to make a phone call to them to see what is going on. So my suggestion is wait to see what happend with my withdrawal before depositing there.

Thumbs down Send documents by regular mail!!!

I just recived an email from play montecarlo. They email filter blocked my previous messagges to them, they told me that emails with attachments are automatically blocked. That´s why they didn´t answer my emails.
They also told me that I must send my ID and player verification form by REGULAR mail if want to be able to withdrawal funds from my account.

How ridiculous. They need to pony up and buy some antivirus software if they are that paranoid about attachments getting thru. Its not that expensive, unless there is some other reason for wanting to use snail mail

Or just hire someone with half a brain that can tell the difference between a harmless .jpg attachment vs. a suspicious .exe or .zip... Jeeze.

Well Norton Antivirus is only 39.95, much cheaper than hiring someone with half a brain!

You should make a scanned image of whatever documents you need to send, convert them into a .jpg, and send them as an attachment. If you have any problems with this, please contact me.

Flavio4321, this should not be an issue...I've already been told that sending .jpgs is a normal procedure. If you're still having difficulties, please let me know.

Send a message via Yahoo to Sodax77
And remember attachment(s)-limit, or how big file you e-mail service allow. I try to certificate my Neteller via Hotmail, but there was always some problem. It say (in free hotmail) that e-mail max size is 1mb (if i remember right) and my attachments is total 400kb. E-mail size total 402kb. But hotmail don't like it. I know that i can covert these jpg-files to smaller, but i ask, can i send these attachments from different e-mail address (what my ISP offer), and after they say yes, everything works perfectly.

i recommend IrfanView http://www.irfanview.com/
Free, Small and Easy.

screenshot convert to jpg, with irfanview:

I'm checking on this this morning. I confused this casino with Lasseters which also just came on board here as well. They were the ones I was referring to that I had spoken to concerning emailing jpgs. It's not a problem for them.

This just in from the casino clarifying this issue and their ID policy.

Quote:
The reason we do not accept Email ID verifications is not related to
viruses. We request verification by regular mail because our credit card
processors insist that we have on file a hard copy of some players
signatures, to back up credit card transactions.

We routinely suggest players send important emails without attachments to
avoid them being blocked by anti virus systems.

Although ID verification is sometimes necessary when dealing with new
users on the net, it is a one-off initial request. Once we have a user's
valid signature on record, all future transactions are processed without
further delay. It is of course in everyone's interest that withdrawals are
processed as efficiently as possible.

The sooner a user returns the requested documents, the faster we can
process their request and the quicker they'll come back and play on site.
