Cherry Red Casino does´nt pay out (moneyboolers)

Hello,

i win for one week 600 Dollar in the cherry red casino and make a withedrawl to my moneybookers account. The money is´nt there!!

I think i will never see the money. The people in the chat tells me it can take 2-4 days that i get the money. Now the following mail arrives me:

I apologise for the slight delay usually withdrawls for moneybookers are approved and send out with 2-4 Business days. I will follow this up with the correct person and investigate why there has been a hold up. I am sure it will be done shortly,

Sucks, but I would not worry too much.
They have a history of slow pay, but they do pay in the end.

First withdrawals always take a little more time than 'normal', they have to verify you are who you say you are.

These guys are known to be slow, but they always pay.

We have had alot of player complaints about Rushmore and Cherry Red from our website visitors these past few months. It's kinda getting out of hand and the C-Planet reps have chose to longer communicate with us about the issue. My advice is once you get your money, find a better place to play. I just cashed out at Intertops Friday and Saturday my money was in my UseMyWallet account.
