Can someone PLEASE help me???

This is getting really frustrating. And this will be the third post. For the last week at any RTG casino I have not been able to download the new game Basketball and if I uninstall and reinstall a casino a get a message from Windows that the packet doesn't exist. I talked to live support and was told they don't support Windows 7 because of an update? I have restored my computer to get the casino back that I uninstalled. The games I normally play still are a go but ones I haven't the little loading box goes from a minute to over 2 hours. Now I deposited using a bonus and the stupid game won't load its stuck at 87%. Am I the only Windows 7 user going through this? One casino asked for my IP address and told me to type some command in the the start menu and send a screen shot of the black screen with computer language. Please help.

RTG seems to be plagued with these technical problems.

Says something about the RTG software programmers.

Don't see a lot of people having this problem. So it is most likley not a problem with RTG.

Sounds like it 'maybe' the windows installer or some other software on your computer is corrupted.

Some files in Windows 7 can get corrupted when you install/uninstall some software (usually games)..

If I were you I would try running some of that Trouble Shooting Software that comes with Win7.

I had a similar issue with Club World awhile back. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference. I contacted them and they told me to uninstall, and also remove the CW stuff from the registry, and then reinstall.

It sounded like hooey to me but I did it - and it worked! But I was only having problems with that one casino and I also use XP, but maybe it would be worth a try....?

I use Windows 7 and I can play the new Basketbull game. Weird. If you do figure it out, please post here in case someone else has the same problem...like me in the future.

Back in the archives you will find a thread where I had the same problem back when they introduced Mystic Dragon. I tried everything but never did get them to work.

So, I had Tom send me a casino disk which worked like a charm. At the same time I was having problems with RTG I couldn't download any Rival software. Now I can't download any MG software from their sites.

I do know why now though. My internet connections were the problem. Not fast enough. If I go somewhere that has excellent WiFi service everything works like a charm.

What complete BULLSHIT. How long has it been since the ONLY thing you can buy a new PC with IS Windows 7. Stores just don't SELL XP anymore, and it has been this way for well over a year. Microsoft themselves will soon "retire" XP completely by downgrading, and then ceasing, their support through Windows Update.

For NEW software, including updates, to be released WITHOUT support for the Windows 7 OS is absolutely INSANE. It means that to "upgrade", customers need to get an OLDER PC than the one they have.

Given that ALL new PCs ship with Windows 7, not supporting it means that NONE of the people who have bought new PCs in the last couple of years can use your product, and since many people update their PCs this often, especially "gamers", the pool of customers will quickly dwindle.

RTG should be testing against Windows 7 BEFORE they issue an update, and if they encounter problems down to it being Windows 7, should make sure a solution exists BEFORE making the update COMPULSORY.

I expect a large number of players will simply change to a casino that WORKS with their OS, rather than struggle with the technicalities involved in finding a solution for themselves. MOST users are NOT "geeks" who will know what to do in such a situation, and would have to PAY a "geek" to fix it for them, which is something of a deterrent if the problem is minor.

However, if you know any teenage children, you should be able to get your PC fixed for free
