Try contacting the other casino, and ask them what number they have for you when they were unable to contact you.
If they quote your NEW number, that only the Playtech you deposited in has, it's GOTCHA in writing.
Follow up by implying this might be why they were unable to reach you, and inquire WHERE they got this number for you that they didn't have any success with. IF they say "from our sister casino" in an attempt to bluff their way out of it, it's GOTCHA for a second time, since if the two are not part of the same group, then your personal data is being stored centrally by Playtech on behalf of all casinos using the software, and not being "ringfenced" properly, allowing illegal sharing BETWEEN completely different companies.
This is at odds with claims made by casinos that they take stringent measures to prevent your data from "escaping".
You could also try creating a new email address, and then telling just ONE of the Playtech casinos that this is now your email address. See if this magically propagates to the other unrelated Playtech casinos.
