Exclamation White Club Casino Lying About License

I just wanted to throw out a warning to players...

Not that you would ever be so silly to open an account at White Club Casino (just take a look at their website), but apparently, at least one person did.

I received a complaint from a player who was being given the run around about a $4,300 payment that he has not received from White Club... and will most likely never receive.

The player noticed a Kahnawake Gaming Commission logo on the homepage and so contacted Kahnawake to file a complaint. Kahnawake was like "Huh?" as White Club is not licensed in Kahnawake. They are not licensed at all.

When the player approached the casino about this, the logo mysteriously disappeared. Stay away from White Club!

The White Club Casino operated by GIGANAVIA LIMITED, registered on Cyprus and operates according to Cyprus Legislation.
    Registration number: HE247104
Legal address: Strovolou 77, Nicosia, 2018, CYPRUS.
In other words, NO GAMING LICENSE.

One surprise, this is NOT a new Top Game casino, but some "new generation" software I have never heard of.

    It also boasts over 300,000 players, only 46 of whom are currently online and playing, and these figures change in real time;

    in other words,

Full Sails - before we get raided ourselves.

    Exactly....

And with Cyprus pushing to "officially" make online gambling illegal, Cyprus officials won't do anything about it. Not that they did before

A classic example of what happens when there is no regulation.

I got an email asking me to join their casino for my Birthday bonus. I was a little concerned on how they knew it was my birthday, and assumed it was TopGame as did vinyl. Turns out to be a topless dealer casino , with a peep show. Where did they get my information? I don't know.

I took one look and ran far far away.
Don't like me? Have a seat with the others waiting for me to give a....

Unfortunately, that's probably why they get business in the first place. I used to wonder what has greater potential of becoming an addiction...sex or gambling.

Now, I think it's sex. We don't hear about it as much because it's more secretly/widely accepted. Which came first for the Craigslist Killer: Sex addiction (perversion, really) or gambling addiction? I think it was the sex.

    But I digress...

Another blast from the past! If you click on the "Gamingbits" logo on this website it takes you to GamingMastery and a 'verboten' advisory...now read on:

Not sure whether this information is true or still valid, but this is what appeared in Casinomeister News back in 2005 on GamingMastery:

    From March 18 Casinomeister News:

    MYSTERY ON MASTERY LIFTED

But no comment on Casino On Net.ru!

Last week InfoPowa reported on the strange reticence at Luxembourg-based Gaming Mastery, a turnkey company responsible for loosing Lucky Chance.com on the Internet and on unsuspecting online gamblers.

Our report highlighted new information coming to light that Russian businessmen were behind the companies, and that a faux *Casino On Net.ru* was in operation.

This week, much of the report was confirmed by one Dmitry Kotsubanov who came forward with the following statement:

"1. My name is Dmitry Kotsubanov, I am Russian and I am writing this post sitting in my office of Sales Director of GamingBits, in Russia.
my email is kotsubanov.d@gamingbits.ru, my phone nr. is +7 (095) 722-3-911.

    2. GamingBits is a trademark belonging to "IAA Web Design Company, Ltd." since 2003.

    3. GamingMastery, Luxembourg is an independent, in the legal sense, organisation that has placed to us a request for participation in tender. Since we were the lowest bidder, we won that tender and got the request to develop an online casino, yet then we were unaware of who would be the owner of the casino we developed.

It turned out that the owner of the casino was a russian company ROSBET, Ltd. that placed the order to GamingMastery.

To make long story short, now we are exclusive developers of the software for GamingMastery. We have the right to sell at our own condiions all over EE and CIS, while GamingMastery sells to Americas, Europe, MEA countries.

This information, if needed, can be verified by David Kimble, operating manager of GamingMastery.

Regarding the Lucky Chance Casino: I can confirm that the Lucky Chance Casino is operating the software that we developed for GamingMastery and that was licensed after that to Lucky Chance Casino. I can guarantee that GamingMastery never did obtain from us any technique, capable of modifying the outcome of any card or dice or roulette game depending on the wagers placed. More than, according to the license agreement, no casino using this software can put software developers' logo on its website."

Unfortunately, Mr. Kotsubanov did not clarify the allegations regarding Casino On Net.ru!

Ah, this is the Russian casino that gave you a few free spins and a free striptease a few years back.
Looked a bit shady back then.

Bollocks. Lucky Chance software was RIGGED, I tried it when I was less experienced. The CS were good, and any payments were fast.

Every deposit was granted a 100% bonus, and it was earned at a rate of 2.5% for BLACKJACK. IF the software really WAS random, you just couldn't LOSE with such a deal, yet one DID.

I just started a more thorough investigation because something didn't seem right, too many dealt dealer 20's, and too many "21's from nowhere" for a fair game.

IF this is the same software, I will recognise it in an instant

    How to regain bonus
Your bonus turns to real money constantly during game!

When making any bet in the casino games (except roulettes), the non-regained bonus size lessens on 2.5% of the total bet. Bets in any roulette regain the bonus on 1% of the total bet.

Contradictable bets, for instance, simultaneous betting on RED and BLACK in roulette, as well as bets covering more than 80% of the playing field, are prohibited and do not lessen the non-regained bonus.

The amount of regained bonus affects the balance after each game session. If you exit the game by clicking on the EXIT/LOBBY button, the balance will be adjusted immediately. In all other cases (e.g., if you shut down your computer, unexpected program interruption, etc.) the balance will be adjusted within 4 hours after the game session was over.

    For example:

You deposit $100, we feed you with additional $30, so totally your account balance adds up to $130, whereof $30 is bonus. Thereafter you play blackjack and make 6 bets $50 each, whereof you lose 3 and win 3 bets, - upon the game is over your account balance is unchanged. Meanwhile your turnover in the game (all bets total) adds up to $300, and this means that you won bonus $7,5. Now your account balance is $130, whereof bonus is just $22,5, i.e. there is available $107,5 for cashing.
It is allowed to cash out the regained bonus from your playing account anytime without restrictions. Non-regained bonus cannot be cashed out of your account.
    Looks like they are back.

It seems the 2.5% rate is on ALL gamees other than roulette, and they DO offer Blackjack, which CLEARLY has to be "fixed" for this to work.
