    Red Flush - not happy

I am not too familiar with Red Flush, so thought maybe I could get some input from those who play here alot.

Last nite I made a deposit and started playing for a little while, and eventually was in vegas strip blackjack and tried to make an $11 bet. To my surprise, it would not let me go over $10 I checked all the other blackjack games and they all had a limit of $10! This limit is pretty much useless to me and a joke. I have never had such a low limit at a MG casino. Its always been $200 +

And, 2 nights before I was playing here and was able to make a $24 bet, so at some point in the past 2 days, my limit was lowered.

Well support gave me the runaround. When I asked about the low limit, she said it was not the casino but the "authorities" What authorities, I asked.....the "gaming authorities"

So i asked why my limit was normal 2 days ago....and had to send her a screenshot to prove it....as she did not believe me and could not see any blackjack bets in my playcheck...even though I was staring right at it.

Then the story changed, that the $10 limit was for new players.....not true again...I am not a new player. So I cannot play here all weekend while they investigate my account yet again. Really fristrating!! i would never have deposited had I known that I had a $10 table limit.

Anyone here experience this? Or is my account the only one that the gaming authority fairies decided to visit??

    The authorities

Well...All I can say is that "the authorities" has nothing to do with your bet limit.

I played some high roller blackjack at Centrebet last year. My start limit at Centrebet was about $500, but it increased when my VIP level increased. As a new customer in Red Flush, I would think your VIP level is low and therfore is your betting level low. but that does not explain why you where able to bet higher the night before, so I dont know

Just checked, my limit is €200.- per hand on single hand blackjack.

I have an account there for almost 2 years, but hardly ever play there because of the minimum withdraw limit of €100.- and lately because of the horrible software glitches.

Odd thing I just noticed is that Alaskan Fishing is listed as a single hand blackjack game?

    But no €10.- limits here..

i just checked, my limit is $200.

i should probably be quiet, as i don't need the "authorities" snooping around.

i believe the problem stemmed from them giving an automatic 22% bonus and lowering limits for table games to prevent bonus abuse. whenever a bonus is given, some mg casinos have table games limits reduced to $10 automatically.

I think Red Flush trys to be a good casino.
The first time I had a question in Live help I was left waiting over 5 mins for an answer.
Later I had a question about their T&C that a rep. couldn't answer to my satisfaction.
Then I emailed this question to Red Flushes support and recieved no reply.

To be honest I really don't have the time for casinos like this, some people may. I have since uninstalled, closed my account, and blacklisted Red Flush and their sister casino La Vida.

LOL - Thanks for the good laugh... 'The Authorities' hahha....

Sssshhhh now, before the Authorities reduce your max bet to Ummh $2....

    ************************************

On a more serious note - Casinos that have a MAX bet of $5- $15 or a weekly withdrawal limit of $5k or less have signs that they are underfunded and cannot honor HUGE Wins by multiple players.

I may be wrong, but why else can't you afford to pay players their full winnings once off (or afford them bigger bets?)? Progressives on the other hand are not from the Casinos' float and therefore wouldn't dent their Capital. We are in 2011, we can deposit as much as we are willing to, but are subjected to $5-$15 max bets and max withdrawals?

This is not aimed at Redflush (Who according to the Accredited List do not have a max cash out) but at Casinos in general.

It is pathethic and uncalled for.

    Nate
