    Extreme bad service at Casino Rewards Today

    Got a mail from Casino Rewards today that told i will get a 100% match up to 100 on my next deposit on Casino Share. (they moved over to CR 3 days ago).

    I clicked on the "You must click here the got the promo",and got to the "you have NOW opt in for this promotion" message (like we always get on the CR promo page).

    I deposit 100 and since nothing happened for 10hrs,i connected live chat.
    I did NOT START PLAYING,,OMG,,NEVER START TO PLAY ANYWHERE BEFORE YOU HAVE THE BONUS, are a lifelong lesson i have learned. Free

    The live person said that the promo was NEVER opt inn so she was glad to do this for me straight away,manually. I told her i opt inn but they had no records of this so,,

    Then i asked when the bonus will arrive on my account and she said it don´t
    You must make a new deposit and you get the 100% match on that she said.
    So i say to her that "must i really have to withdraw my 100$ and then deposit the 100$ again" and she said sorry Yes.

    Well,that´s just BAD service from the CR folks i think and i am a Valued Player there and they calls me on my cell phone from Australia (the CR office are there) with other offers and acts nice

    And since CR use 10-12 days for ANY cash out to get to my moneybookers account this are just sh.. and unnecessary behavior from them since we all know that it taks them 10 sec to match my account bonus manually.

    Chances are the 100% match will be credited to your rewards account anyway, and you will probably be banned from claiming it like most other players.

    I used to play at Grand Mondial and Casino Share every week but they have lost a customer straight off the bat after this takeover.

    Just do what any discerning player does and avoid any casino connected to Casino Rewards.

    I think u should stay away in casinoreward. Here is same problem like almoust all of the casinos, chat rep no have power to make any kind of movements or transactions. Casinorewards case they have so less they can just check your account and maybe add some promotion codes. This is really annoying thing and happily there is exceptions like 32red and 3dice where chat reps can service u 100%

    Next time go straight casinorewards website and launch chat there. last time i had a issue i get help there.

    If u have same kind of problems for any casino try to contact Supervisor normaly they have more rights then basic peeps

    Weird i played challenge casino a few weeks ago and didnt get my full bonus but chat rep took care of it right away. Then cashout screwed up. But they called me at home took care of it and my check was in my hands two days later.

    Sorry to sidestep but I'm interested in this bit. 10 days? Is this usual? I thought Casino Rewrads had a 48hr reverse time and cashouit time for ewallets. Can anyone else confirm their experiences?

    hmmm weird i liked casino rewards had good luck there and bonuses and withdraws were never a hassle ,

    casinorewards offer ''awesome'' bonuses but there is a darkside Like maxcashout blackjackbalroom had 6000$ max cashout in basic match% Also bonusban come fast if u had cashout more then depo.

    I havent cashout there for years but in the past played there alot and cashout time was decent then, 48 hour reverse and after that money moving, under a week back to Creditcard and few days to ewallet.

    I have also had no problems with casino rewards and my cashouts have always been 48hrs to neteller except when the period falls in the wekend- then it is longer.

    The support staff at CR have also been polite and helpful= the only reason I play less there is the weekend pending issue- as I usually play Thursdays to Sunday this adds to the withdrawal time and is unnaceptable.

    For some reason I seem to be reasonabley lucky at the CR casino I play at and my fav slots seem less tight here- If ony I could combine the luck at CR with the payout time at 32r (which is great but always seems very tight on my fav slots) I would be in gambling heaven.

    Thank for the responses everyone.
    Well all my cash-outs takes 10-12 days regardless of what CR casino i play at and when CR called me some time ago they asked (as always) is there any other thinks you we can help you with,and i said that they cash out are really slow. He said then that "We are in Australia,and our office are closed on Sat,Sun,but we will try to be better"

    Anyways,still no 100 bonus added on my account (because of this post),and im also an affiliate with CR and im seriously thinking about removing the adds on my website so im not lurking other players into "the dark side"

    Yes I closed my old UK Casino Club account after the Casino Action takeover for exactly that reason. Same when Roxy moved to 48hr and 96hr at weekend.

    48hrs is unacceptable for me anyway, let alone 96. But at least it doesn't sound like 10 days...sounds to me like they process after 48 but the extra time in International transfers takes the extra in this case.

    I forgot about their weekly max cashouts too Beats me why you guys put up with all this to be honest The Quatro/Casinoshare players are in for a nasty shock! By all accounts, their aff program services affiliates very well indeed - shame the casinos themselves don't follow their lead.
