Update.
Got a mail after exactly 1 (one) week, from the Rep at CR telling me that chat person made a mistake and was going to be told that.
The Rep told me that they will fix the matter.

I did made a new deposit for the 100% match at Players Palace (also CR) about 3 days after my initial post on this forum, so there was nothing really to fix since i claimed the match on the other casino.
(can´t get that twice u know on any CR casinos )

They also have started to cash-out in about 7 days now,so things are going forward
