Usually you can see it published in the casino's webpages.
If not you can try asking the casino for some evidence of the payout %.
And if that does not work your prolly out of luck.

I just wonder why the data does not need to be released from a third party site ?

Some casinos do release their data to 3rd partys, others don't.
They are NOT compelled to release that data.

Any accredited casino will publish monthly RPI (payout % data) on site - usually audited by a decent accounting firm and by the regulatory body.

Any casino not publishing payoute rates - be very careful,
