Anyone have any feed back on Prism Casino.
I called CS.
I was told to deposit $50 and I'll get a $285 sticky bonus.

WR's...15X d+b = $5025.
Little risk on the downside.

Do they pay...or slow pay...

Just for the hell of it I made a huge deposit of $25.00.
Just as a test.
I claimed the bonus (code 1back285) thinking that I will get $285, even though I only deposited $25. Maybe half of the $285 because I only deposited $25.
Low and behold...the umbrella was stuck right up my behind...opened and pulled out.
The $285 bonus was 285% PERCENT!!!
NOT DOLLARS.
I had a leisurely (YEAH RIGHT) discussion with CS and he said he told me PERCENT not DOLLARS.
When I spoke to him yesterday I know what I was told because I was thorough with him.
So...now I have $96.25 in the casino that has to be played 15X.

Prism is associated with the notorious + Virtual Casino. This is misleading advertising as far as I am concerned....somehow it doesn't surprise me because there have been many bitter posts here and elsewhere where these two names come up.

When I spoke to Dylan at customer service, the very first time, (two days ago) we discussed the amounts of money AND the exact amount of money that had to be wagered to meet the T&C's.
My $50 deposit plus $285 bonus = $335 X 15 = $5025 rollover. I even told him that this was alot of wagering...but my risk was little.
I said i would think about it.
I discussed it with my son, Justin, and we decided that the risk reward was acceptable.
I called Dylan yesterday...made a $25 deposit....and you know the rest.

I don't mind losing money fairly.
I don't mind meeting tough WR's.
This is part of the risk we take when we gamble.

I do mind being lied to and scammed.

Right now I have $150.25 in my casino account.
Iv'e wagered $452 out of $1443.75.
