I hate you RTG

I had built up to 800.00 the past few days and then lost it all in literally 1 hour of playing tonight. I got 3 bonus games and did not win more than 1x my bet on the bonus games. I was doing fine until I got a message that said "UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SERVER" This message came to me on slotastic, lucky club, and also Jackpot capital.. All three sites were down for some reason. Support told me to reinstall the software, which did not solve my problem. One hour later I was able to log back in and proceeded to loose 800.00 in 1 hour of play. I was playing 1 dollar a spin and had the worst luck I have seen in my entire life of playing online slots. I know I was probably just unlucky, but I give up with RTG for quite some time. I just wish I could hit as well on other sites, because RTG seems like you can win big occasionallly, and up to this point I have not had this happen to me on RTG. What makes matters worse is that I had attempted to cash out and waited over 2 days and the money was never taken away from me to assure I would not play it back. I know it is my responsibility to have patience and not play back the money, but I am not good at waiting around to get paid when I want to play and have no other way to buy in. Most other sites allow you to buy in while waiting for a cash out or allow you to reverse part of your withdrawal. RTG makes you reverse the entire amount I also have problems with quicktender and would have played elsewhere but quicktender keeps blocking my account stating it is for security reasons and I have to wait days until I get into my account and then I get a message from quicktender stating they are temporarily unable to accept credit cards maybe I am just venting, but I feel horrible. I really wish the players from the U.S. didn't have to jump through all these loops all the time grrrrrrr......................

I feel your pain, I reversed a $1,500 cashout on day 3 of waiting... less than 45 minutes later $0

2 bonus triggers during that $1,500.. 1 paid 28X and one paid 5X bet... pityful.

at Club World I got this error for about 3 hours
had to keep logging out an wait 10 minutes to play it was awful

Most other sites allow you to buy in while waiting for a cash out or allow you to reverse part of your withdrawal. RTG makes you reverse the entire amount


But.........while you have to reverse the entire amount, you can immediately reapply for withdrawal again with the portion you don't want to spend. So if you cancel an $800 withdrawal, you could keep out just $200 for example and immediately request a $600 withdrawal, and only have part of your money back at risk ------ unless I am missing something??? I know I have done that in the past before I learned some modicum of self-control and vowed for my 2011 resolution NEVER to reverse.

Never heard about this problem before. QT works slick for me and its my primary funding, withdrawal, and transferring source. What causes you to get blocked??

I am in the US and have been able to fund via my cc without restrictions day or night for the last week or so. It had been only available starting at 7pm Central, but now its open (at least for me) for any type of activity what appears to be 24/7. I haven't had a problem.

Its the curse of not being able to flush. Its a crap feeling I know when you reverse and loose it all back. Alot of self control needed never to reverse which took me some years to master. Rare times when I have reversed I was happy with my choice knowing I could loose it all and its never large amounts.

I agree the way RTGS block you from re-depositing with a withdraw pending is insane from both points of view. Quite a few times when playing I have had withdraws pending and wanted to deposit smaller amounts than what was pending but of course the system dont allow that. So they got nothing in the way of further deposits until my withdraw was finalized. Even the abilty as you say to part reverse is better than the current system.

Its set i sure to tempt as many to reverse full amounts. Saying that I do not think play is affected if you reverse or not. Games will play out the same at the same RTP even though somtimes it can feel they is some kind of evil wizard sat on the other end flicking a switch. Its just probably the good srteak has ended. Hope you get to cashout next time round no matter what the reverse time! For me the rare play i do with RTGs for smaller deposits is only at places where i know I will get paid within 24 hours or less. The rest can go forth ....

Good advice!

The only problem with this method is that the waitingtime starts all over again.

With Microgaming for example you can, just like a deposit, fill in an amount you want to reverse and leave the rest alone.
This way, the money you don't reverse does not suffer any delay.

Ofcourse, other softwareproviders can easily implement this, they just choose not to.

At CW you can have a withdrawal pending and make new deposit. I know that at some you can't but there you can.

It sucks not to be able to flush withdrawls but that would not be in the casinos best interest. LOL!
