credit where credits is due...props red flush

I find that all too ofen anymore, I am getting worse and worse treatment from online CSR's both via chat, and on the phone. numerous unanswered emails, automated replies, or stupid long hold times. not to mention all kinds of mysterious delays and withdrawls that get somehow reversed, but I digress.

my most recent episode came after contacting red flush via phone to claim an offer, was told i wasn't eligble. after reading the email offer to her i was promptly hung up on.

2 emails sent to no avail, until today when i pm'ed the rep here, and within MINUTES, i had a reply and a nice bonus in my account.

thank you red flush host!!! job well done.

In general, I think that CS in many casinos has been worse, compared to some years back. I have been gambling online for about 10 years, and the CS was (in my opinion( much more accurate in the "early days".

I think the reason may be, that "everybody" is gambling online now. Especially poker. Many people who are not used to gamble are now playing all sorts of things. In the early days, when online gambling was "something scary" for most people, most of the players was people who had experiences from "real life" gambling. They knew what to expect. My feeling is that many people who uses online casinos today, is complaining about everything. This probably creates pressure on the CS, witch will have less time to deal with customers in a more accurate and good way.

Only my thoughts, I dont know
