Exclamation This is what the casino said when i asked...

...about withdrawing funds via wire to israel as i cant withdraw any other way and i can only deposit with Ukash (i send Western Union to a site that credits my Liberty Reserve account with the funds -3% then i buy ukash with my LR cash losing even more money) but it works and its fine i guess..

    A quote from email:
"Unfotunately as you are based in Israel bank wire transfer is the only option we are able to offer you and, again unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your bank will accept the transaction."

"If the funds are declined/confiscated by your bank (this could happen when sending the funds to us, or us returning the funds to yourself) we would not be able to return the funds to you any other way."

These were taken from 2 emails and i assume that it would be the same thing that other MG casinos would say (asked a few and wire is only option)..except for RTGs for some reason as they offer withdrawals via Western Union and Money Gram..

The banks here will not accept the transaction so if its such a problem for us in Israel then why are we allowed to deposit and play when we're not "guaranteed" to cash out successfully?

They're basically saying that if u win then we don't guarantee that u will receive the funds..what happens IF i win a jackpot then?

Am i wrong here or what? What do u guys think? Also why cant players like me be offered another method that WORKS since i'm an active player and i deposit 500-700$ at a time..

REPS from MG please try and reply to this post if possible...Thanks.

If the casino KNOWS they have no means to pay you, it is ROGUE practice to continue to accept your deposits. They should ban Israeli players until such time as they have a solution to the problem.

That's what i thought as well..to be fair they never said they couldn't pay but that its not "guaranteed" which is basically the same thing..

If i won big and wire doesn't work then what?
    "Sorry told u so."?

If they offered western union or money gram to those FEW players then we could withdraw via those two..

A rep here once told me that the reason they stopped offering WU and MG was because deposits and withdrawals took a while and was a hassle ..I DONT mind that as long as i get paid..also as i said..just offer it to those FEW have have problems withdrawing funds..

And why do only RTGs offer deposits/withdrawals via WU and MG..i dont understand this..

Agree. I generally stay away from those casinos which make it difficult (by failing to provide a sufficient variety of options) to withdraw winnings.

Not sure how much this will help you. But I have personally cashed out at casinos that do not pay back to instadebit. They have in return issued me a bank check. And before they do send it off I have always been told, we do not guarantee your bank will cash this. Now I have had no issues with deposits with these, but there is a 21 day hold in my bank account for the funds.

The thing is man..they do offer a variety of options to withdraw..just not for Israel..and i cant use any e-wallets for gaming transactions and believe me it took me a LONG time to figure out how to buy and deposit with UKASH..(only through liqpay and liberty reserve) and liqpay is crap and they even stopped selling ukash.

I would really appreciate it if any Microgaming reps would reply to this thread..

I hear you on this. I just thought seeing as i am a canadian. I could at least
tell you that there are a few mg casinos that state the same. They will issue a check but unsure if our banks will take it. I recall one large check and my own bank stated they have never seen anything like it. It did clear after 25 days.
And the check issued did not state it was a gaming site.

The first time, I told them it was from a purchase I had made and returned. The second time I told them nothing. As long as it cleared it was none of their business. The 3rd time I went in and knew the teller and told her it was from work i had done for a private firm. After they place it in the deposit to go back overseas it is all just a waiting game from there. One did cash in 7 days the others over 21.
