I got a free chip to try out the game. Wasn't doing anything so I upped my bet to $2 just to get rid of the chip. Hit the bonus with $1.86 left in my balance.
Error message came up about if you hit the bonus with less than $.99 in your balance you would have to try the bonus round that's like the Aztec one where you spin the wheel and maybe/maybe not get the bonus. However, I had sufficient funds in my account.
Anyway, the game then promptly froze up. It was just sitting there telling me to spin the regular bonus and then it wouldn't let me.
So there you have it. I have $2.00 per spin bonus round that I can't take.
Their 'relevant' department is looking into it.

It's a Mystery must still be a mystery cause I haven't heard a word from the 'relevant' department in a couple of days. Wish they'd do something as the potential for a good win has disappeared into the sunset for me.

Looks like you ruined the game completely..
I would not expect too much of it, if I just take the avarage of the 6 bonusrounds I've played on it, they owe you around $8.-
But serious now, unless they have to rewrite the whole game you should be able to finish your game as soon as it returns, as all your playdata gets stored on the server and has nothing to do with the game itself.

Got a reply back from them. Seems that the game is really screwed up but they will let me know something whenever.

yeah its to bad that game is gone. inet gave a 3.00 chip to try it out and in no time i was up to 30.00 and was able to withdrawl my limit of 25.00 it was playing really well for me. but it was no use to rack up since the withdrawl was limited.

All I know is that it's not a Lucky Club anymore. That's where I was playing. It was not my computer, it was a definite glitch in the game.
Maybe they will get it fixed or at least give me the freebie back so I can play something else.

It's back at LC but still won't work for me. I am going to uninstall and reload and see if it's fixed.

Now when I open the game I get the 'Can't access server' message and when I try to open another game I get the 'Unfinished game' message.
I have contacted Lucky Club over and over and all I get is sorry, tech problem, sent to relevant department, please be patient. Yet they still keep sending me bonus offers. I even sent an email to the manager.
I have uninstalled, cleaned cookies, registry edit and reinstalled 3 times. Nothing works.
Guess this casino goes in the spit can for me.
