    repaying chargeback any advice!

As I stated in my previous post that a misunderstanding led me to stop payment on my check.

I plan on making good of my deposit at rival box24 and want to know if I should ask for any verbal emails stating that once deposit is made my account will be in good standing for deposits and withdrawals again.

Do you guys have any advice? Please let me know..

Even if you make good on your chargeback what makes you think that they will want your action
they will probably look at you as once a chargeback when will they do it again
but you still owe them the money wether they ever let you play there again or not

    Good Luck

They actually owe me money, I made the deposit and they suspended my account because they said my phone number was invalid! I stopped payment at that point, so I guess we were even.

As far as withdrawal's go that is why I am asking, since we are even I really don't have a bad feeling not paying them, but I do feel that I should.

When we have had charge backs we enter the users details to a negative database and from that point on block any further transaction attempts. This is across all billing platforms we use. Even in the rare cases where the person attempts or does some how repay a charge back the damage is already done and we never re-open any channel for them to make payment unless its cash in the post.

Charge backs can do massive damage to certain sectors on the online industry. Example in our sector classed as high risk by our aquiring banks we can not go over 1% in chargebacks in any 1 month. If we do we can loose ALL processing and can be fined extreme amounts (on top of the the fine levied by the banks as standard for each chargeback)

Sorry but if it was me no matter what an account that charges back would be black listed for life. Rule of thumb never charge back ever unless it was a clear cut case of fraud.

I contacted them via live chat tonight and told them that I would make good on the chargeback if they supply me with a written release statement that my account will be in good standing.

They agreed to this, and said they will send that via email in the morning.

Do you believe they are lying?

    It is box24!

Can you afford the punishment of your good deed?

You have already been punished for your bad one and the first punishment will be, by far, the cheapest.

Ok, I get the message loud and clear. I received an email from security at box24 this morning stating that if they receive the payment I will be reinstated without limitations..

I assume it is a lie and will head your warning...

    Thanks so much!

Way back when all this credit card use started going south, Netspend returned a QT deposit because QT didn't run the final charge thru with the same name as the one they used to put a hold on the funds. It was to Slotocash and the only way I knew I was in trouble was that my Sloto acct was locked.

To make a long story short, I cleared it up with QT and they in turn cleared it up with Sloto and all was good to go. Never had any other problem with either one of them.

Not sure, and would not want to comment on that. All I know is for my company even if the "client" re-paid a charge back and all fees we would still keep their ass blocked. High risk be high risk. But thats just us. Each to da own.
