    Be Warned Got Bit

    I have played off and on at the grand prive casino group and yes I knew they
    were in the Rogue pit.
    I was sent a free promo a month or two ago so logged in to play it ,and suddenly my account is locked
    Well finally last night I receive an email from them saying that they use a central negative data base and I have disputed charges with another on line operator.
    I ask who this is as I have not received any emails or been locked from any other online casinos are any one even suggesting I owe them money
    They tell me that sorry we do not have that info and no way to get it ,you will have to contact every casino that you play at or have played at to find out who it is
    Now I would think if I owed a casino some money they would at least contact me a few times and then if I did not pay my name would spread like wildfire to every online casino that is out there .
    This is the only one now what would be up with locking me out all of a sudden
    So needless to say take heed if you are playing there ,I was lucky that I had made no deposits

    Now I would think if I owed a casino some money they would at least contact me a few times and then if I did not pay my name would spread like wildfire to every online casino that is out there .
    If a casino had said that to me, my reaction would have been:

    "I've never disputed any charges with any casino and I know this for a fact"

    .... or something to that effect.

    Your response makes me wonder if you have made a chargeback at some point.

    I apologise if I am wrong, but in my experience when players are locked out for chargebacks it turns out they've made a chargeback.

    Nifty will have to say you are wrong in this case, I did not put the complete email did not think it was needed
    I did exactly as you stated and sent them my reply that I have never had a charge back to my knowledge and if I did have one surely the casino would have sent me message at least a time or two to try and get paid
    I can't believe that if they had a negative that they would be the only casino there would have to be others .
    My first message was sent on the 25th of Dec. I did not receive a reply until the 19th of Jan which is nearly a month I replied back yesterday
    with this
    "I can't imigine who that could be as I play at all the casinos that I have been playing ,how in the world would I ever be able to have something removed that I don't even know exist
    Is there some place I can go to have this corrected .
    What is strange is you are the only casino that has done this out of all I play at ".
    their reply

    Please find out from all the other casinos that you play on about your query. We are able to give any further information beyond the what we told you previously.

    Surely if they can find the negative then they can tell what casino it is
    This is the only casino I have an account locked at and I have played at probably 50 or more over the years and some we are no longer even allowed to play, I have contacted several and have not found a one with a problem so have no idea what is up with them

    Well it says they are able to give further information! Very poorly worded sentence.

    I think it's crap they don't tell you. It's ok to be accused but they won't tell you who is accusing you. What other business besides OLG treats customers like this?

    I agree they should at least tell you where the chargeback has occurred (if you don't already know of course).

    Don't see how it would be commercially sensitive to release that information.

    BE Warned bit

    all4greed you are correct it is poorly worded it should have been we can't give ant further info.
    Nifty from what they are say ing it is some sort of a data base and all that is there is a name and they do not have access to the casino
    It just does not make sense that a casino would have something aganist you and not have their name beside it
    For all I know it could be a casino that has gotten mad because I may have said something they did not like .
    Nifty so you know it does not bother me in the least if you believe me or not. The purpose of my post was not to rally someone and somehow dazzle them into believeing me it was more of a be warned for others that may play at some of these same places
    I have played with this group for years and have never had a problem with getting withdrawals in a timely manner and replies to emails the same way
    So when this came about I wanted others to know what can happen no matter how good you are treated

    I wonder if those negative databases cross software platforms or just stay within the group. Like can a Rival database be viewed by RTG?

    Max,
    I was already in and had played there for years and had never had a problem
    Any deposits I made were kept small ,because of the warning.
    You are correct it is probably one of the best things they could have done.
    All4greed,
    I am not sure if aanyone can or not they will not say. I have about decided it is in their group as I did have one live chat person say it was because I had a problem with one of the casino management people .
    If that is the case then they are correct ,he and I do have issues
    I sure would think that if any other group could see this info then I would be locked out in other groups and I have not been
