I do not know you, nor have I had any contact with you, but your participation and willingness to answer questions is greatly appreciated.
One topic that was NOT addressed yesterday is the problem that is currently going on with your cashier system. Since yesterday morning we have been unable to view any of the cashier data due to technical difficulties (I was quoted this by your chat rep). I was told yesterday that it would be up and running by last evening and that as a result withdrawals were being delayed.
I just checked again a few minutes ago, same problem, no access to any cashier info and live chat said it was unknown when it would be operational.
Naturally we all get nervous when these things happen. Can you give us an update on the issues. Will it impact pending withdrawals?
